BOOKING PROCEDURE @ Advance Payment : - 1st Installment: 25% of the total amount at the time of Booking. - Remaining Payment : 2nd Installment: 25% at least 45 days before the journey date. - 3rd Installment : Remaining 50% at least 15 days before the journey date
@ Tour Package Booking: Please confirm your availability before booking. Once booked, tours are non cancellable and non-transferable. Only rescheduling is allowed.
@ Booking Procedure :- Advance Payment: A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required to confirm your reservation. - Remaining Payment: 25% must be paid at least 45days before the journey. The remaining 50% is due no later than 15 days before departure. Otherwise, the tour will be automatically cancelled and the paid amount will be forfeited.
@ Unconfirmed Payments: If payment is made without confirmation and the tour is full, registration will not be accepted. Refunds (via NEFT/ Cheque/ UPI) will be processed within 10 working days after the tour date.
@ Liability Disclaimer: Travel chhuti Chhuti and its team will not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, death, or loss/damage to personal belongings during the tour. No claims from participants or their associates will be entertained.
@ Reschedule Policy: Rescheduling is allowed with a written request at least 40 days before the tour date via email (travelchhutichhutiofficial@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (8017175322 / 7003248477). You may reschedule your journey within 10 months of the original date. A rescheduling charge of 8% to 15% may apply, depending on recoverable costs from our partners (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.). No refunds will be provided for unused services such as hotels, transport, or meals.
@ Right to modify or cancel services: All itineraries are samples intended to give a general idea of the trip schedule. Factors like weather, road conditions, or participant fitness may require changes before or during the tour. We reserve the right to adjust the schedule in the interest of participants' safety, comfort, and well-being. The Tour Manager’s decision is final and must be followed during the tour.
@ Participant conduct & Responsiblity: We want all our guests to enjoy a safe and memorable experience. However, you are responsible for your own behavior and its impact on others. If your actions cause disturbance, risk, damage, or show unfitness to travel, Travel Chhuti Chhuti reserves the right to terminate your participation without refund or compensation.
You are also responsible for the condition of the property you use. We will not be liable for accidents caused by negligence or irresponsible behavior. Any damage caused to property, accommodation, or equipment will be charged to you and your group, including legal costs if applicable. While moderate alcohol consumption is acceptable, we will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from impaired judgment due to alcohol.In case your behavior causes any travel diversion, you and your party will be held liable for the full cost incurred.
@ Health & Medical Fitness: Participants are expected to be physically fit for the trip. A medical check-up is recommended beforehand. If you have any medical conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension), please consult your doctor and carry prescribed medication. Your health and safety are your own responsibility during the tour.
@ Circumstances beyond our control: We are not responsible for refunds or compensation if the tour or any part is canceled or disrupted due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or transport breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political unrest, acts of God, fire, war, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, government regulations, or any causes beyond our control. No refunds will be given for unforeseen calamities during the tour. If the tour is extended due to such circumstances, any extra costs must be borne by the passengers.
If a tour is canceled due to climatic conditions, strikes, train cancellations, acts of God, dangers, accidents, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, or any causes beyond our control.
@ No refund for unused tour portions: No refunds will be provided for any part of the tour not traveled, regardless of sickness or any other reason.
@ Luggage Rsponsiblity: Passengers are responsible for handling and safeguarding their luggage at railway stations, trains, car pickups, autos, and ferry ghats (Sonakhali/Godkhali). Travel Chhuti Chhuti will only manage luggage at hotels. We are not liable for theft, damage, or loss of luggage. The Tour Manager and staff will not negotiate porter rates or handle porters on behalf of passengers.
@ Risk Acknowledgment & Responsiblity: Participants acknowledge that tours, events, or activities may involve inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury, personal loss, or even life-threatening situations.
In the event of any mishap, natural calamity, accident, or unforeseen circumstance resulting in injury, loss of life, or financial/physical damages, Travel Chhuti Chhuti, its employees, directors, associates, leaders, and experts shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
All participants are solely responsible for any expenses incurred due to accidents, injuries, medical treatment, or other related emergencies. Each individual is expected to take full responsibility for their personal safety, health, and belongings throughout the duration of the tour or activity.
@ Train travel disclaimer:For train journeys, we are entirely dependent on the Railway Authority, and therefore cannot guarantee any specific seat or berth (Lower/Middle/Upper).
@ Unforeseen events & refund policy: We are not liable for refunds or compensation if the tour or any part is cancelled due to natural disasters, accidents, transport issues, weather, political unrest, or any other events beyond our control. No refunds will be given for unforeseen calamities during the tour. If the tour is extended due to such circumstances, additional costs must be borne by the passengers.
If a tour is cancelled due to climatic conditions, train cancellations, natural disasters, accidents, wars, civil unrest, strikes, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, or any other causes beyond our control:
i. Rescheduling: You may reschedule the tour. In this case, a deduction of 5% to 10% of the total amount will apply.
ii. No Rescheduling: If you choose not to reschedule, a deduction of 25% to 30% of the total amount will apply.
@ Transport Cancellation – Liablity and Assitance: In case of transport cancellation, the management holds no financial responsibility. However, the tour officer will assist in securing unreserved train seats or arranging ship/air tickets for the next available journey.
@ Full refund policy: You will receive a 100% refund if the tour is canceled by the operator before the departure date for reasons other than force majeure, and the cancellation is not due to your fault or negligence.
@ Refund policy: All cancellation requests must be sent through email to travelchhutichhutiofficial@gmail.com/ WhatsApp 8017175322/7003248477, the refund policy mentioned below will be applicable to an amount outside of the 25% booking amount.
- 90+ days before departure: 100% refund - 60–89 days before departure: 50% refund - 31–59 days before departure: 25%All cancellations within 30 days from the departure date: No refund can be made. We are sorry!
